Membership information (username, password, wallet, etc.) must not be shared with others.
A single membership is created for individual use only. It is strictly prohibited for multiple people to use the same account.
2. Access Restrictions
You may only be logged in from one device at a time. If you log in from another device, the current session will automatically be terminated.
In the case of suspicious login attempts, the account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. In this case, you can contact us via [email protected] or Telegram. If abnormal activity is detected, your account may be permanently banned.
3. Service Violations
Your membership may be suspended or canceled in the following cases:
Sharing or misuse of account information.
Detection of suspicious activities (e.g., simultaneous logins from different IP addresses).
Any attempt to harm the website or services.
Any unethical behavior that may exploit the membership or the site.
Activities related to buying and selling memberships. Trading between members is not allowed.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Monthly memberships and special access rights like Founder Pass are non-refundable. Founder Passes may be listed for sale on OpenSea.
5. Updates and Notifications
The terms and conditions may be updated as necessary. All updates will be published through Telegram, Twitter, and our website.
6. Platform Data and Coin Information
Our web system is a data-driven platform. No data provided by the system is INVESTMENT ADVICE! Data analyzed and deemed logical by our algorithms will be presented to you, and it is the user's responsibility to decide how to use this data.
Our algorithm has an 82% success rate, but there is an 18% margin of error due to news flow, unforeseen events, and force majeure circumstances. Therefore, our platform cannot be held responsible for any financial or emotional damages that may result from these factors.
7. Legal Responsibility
By logging into the website with a Founder Pass/subscription and using our services, you agree to all the above rules.
If users violate these rules, necessary legal actions may be taken.
